Heart attack -what you need to do yourshelf?

1 Let’s say it’s 7.25pm and you’re going home
(alone of course) after an unusually hard day on
the job.
2 You’re really tired, upset and frustrated.
3 Suddenly you start experiencing severe pain in
your chest that starts to drag out into your arm
and up in to your jaw. You are only about five km
from the hospital nearest your home.
4 Unfortunately you don’t know if you’ll be able to
make it that far.
5 You have been trained in CPR, but the guy that
taught the course did not tell you how to perform
it on yourself.
6 HOW TO SURVIVE A HEART ATTACK WHEN
ALONE?
Since many people are alone when they suffer a
heart attack without help, the person whose heart
is beating improperly and who begins to feel faint,
has only
about 10 seconds left before losing
consciousness.
7 However, these victims can help themselves by
coughing
repeatedly and very vigorously. A deep breath
should be taken before each cough, and the cough
must be deep and prolonged, as when producing
sputum from deep inside the chest.
A breath and a cough must be repeated about
every two
seconds without let-up until help arrives, or until
the heart is felt to be beating normally again.
8 Deep breaths get oxygen into the lungs and
coughing
movements squeeze the heart and keep the blood
circulating. The squeezing pressure on the heart
also helps it regain normal rhythm. In this way,
heart attack victims can get to a hospital.
9 Tell as many other people as possible about
this. It could save their lives!!
10 A cardiologist says If everyone who gets this

save at least one life.

God has created life with simple particles. Let's not disturb it.

Lets keep it same,  Simple.

Simple food
Simple life style
Simple thinking
Consistency.

Simple food :
Water!

70% of your body is of water.

Keep it to the optimum.
Keep it clean.
Keep it never dry.
Flush it often.

Wake up early!

We all have been told to get up early in the morning,  even during your Nursery rhymes  'early to bed,  early to arise' .

Get up by 5 -5.30 AM.

Drink!
Drink water!

Just drink water about a litter,  room temperature.

Yes,  drink immediately when you get up.
No brushing your teath,  not even gargling. Just drink direct. Do not keep the water in mouth and then drink. Drink normal.

Why & what happens?
- your body is freshened like plants look fresh when you water them and sprinkle water on it.

- your body gets flushed of all waste,  unwanted particles which were consumed the previous day.

You will require to go to the wash room to flush your kidney system and smooth bowl movement as the water works as flush for your kidney system and lubricate your bowl system. In half an hour to an hour,  your bladder will get filled and you can relieve it.

- why no brushing & gargling?
You know how immunization works.
A small amount of the bacterias or viruses given to our body in a controlled manner. Which in turn increases the immunity in our body.

Its the same logic here.

When you get up in the morning  ,our mouth is full of bacterias,  good and bad.
When you drink water,  a small amount of these bacteria gets into our body which in turn increases the immunity which will give enough immunity for the day.
